Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Every client is important to us, and we understand things come up that may cause you to miss your appointment. With that in mind, we also want to give your appointment the time and attention it deserves.

As a result, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment time. Failing to give 24-hour notice will result in a 50% charge of your booked service. Any no-shows will be charged 100% of their service amount.

 Late Policy

Please be sure to arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may result in your appointment being canceled or rescheduled. Please call us, 613-592-2076, if you know you are going to be over 10 minutes late, so we can advise you on whether or not to attend your appointment.

Online Booking Policy

When booking your appointment online, as per our policy, you cannot book two appointments to hold a spot without specifying in the notes who the other appointment is for. This is to ensure that other customers can have access to our services and convenient scheduling.

We kindly request you to follow our policy. In case we are unable to reach you by the email or phone number provided, we have the right to cancel the appointment at any time. We understand that scheduling can be a hassle, so we suggest booking one appointment at a time to avoid any inconvenience.

Redo Policy

As a team, we always strive to provide you with the best possible service and ensure that you walk out of our salon feeling happy and satisfied. However, we understand that sometimes miscommunications can happen, and we apologize for any confusion caused regarding your hair. A change of heart is not considered a redo.

We do not tolerate abusive behaviour towards the receptionist or stylist. We understand that it can be frustrating when things don’t go as planned. Please communicate with us kindly and respectfully to find a solution to help get the desired look. With that being said, we do not issue refunds.
